1. Social Integration: How can we go past Facebook, Twitter and You Tube? We simply can't! With so many applications, it is easy to invite, keep track and inform attendees with technology.
2. Personalised Goody Bags: by integrating social media, we have also found new ways to offer personalised goody bags to clients such as the 140tees site which prints tweets onto shirts!
4. Vintage Affairs: Vintage took over 2011 and inserted itself into every social event & wedding in sight! Many gorgeous designers amazed us and inspired even the most famous fashionista of all...Kate Moss!

3. Food Trucks: 2011 definitely changed the way we look at catering as we opted for local gourmet food trucks offering a unique experience for our guests. For event planners, this definitely solved a few issues with events taking place in parks or alternate locations without a kitchen!

6. Desserts: 2011 was definitely the year of amazing food. Dessert buffet tables were popping up everywhere, as are amazing lolly buffet companies. This yummy trend is here to stay!
7. Sapphires Return: Considering vintage in, Prince William proposed in style to Miss Middleton with his mothers sapphire engagement ring which started a whole new trend! Check out our previous post on sapphire rings :)
