Tip Of The Week: Munching On Your Big Day
So the big day is here and you've got butterflys. You are excited which is great but if you don't eat you might pass out at the alter or down the isle. Not classy! We don't recommend forcing yourself to eat or having a nasty meal but we do recommend munching on your big day. Eat foods like the trail mix with hemp seeds, nuts or high fiber cereal that have good substance. Surround yourself with healthy fruits such as berries which are high in anti-oxidants and easy to pop in your mouth in between hair and makeup. One of my personal faves is a smoothie or even a low sodium soup. This is something every bride should keep in mind and know that all these foods will not make you bloated on your day, they will help you get through it :) xxx
