Yum, Yum, Yum!

I attended a cocktail party on the weekend which was just fabulous. I usually stick to the old faithful Pina Colada however I managed to try a Bloody Mary (which was great). This week Emporium Hotel in Brisbane opened their new conference and events website and launched a new season Autumn cocktail created by the cocktail bar manager Jared Ashdown. Gontier Dom Calvados

Massenez Pomme Verte (green apple liqueur)

Fresh lime juice

Apple juice

Crème de cassis (black currant)  

Garnished with fresh green apple and maraschino cherry
