Tip of The Week: Eliminating Stress
Events and weddings can be VERY stressful.This week we will focus on what you can do to eliminate that stress;
1. Walk away: go for a walk with your partner, have a glass of wine, remove yourself from planning!
2. Meditate: breathing is such a huge part of our lives and in 15 minutes of meditation you will find how much calmer you can be! Turn the lights down in your bedroom, light a few candles and put some relaxing music on. Lay on your bed and try not to think of anything!
3. Go to the beach: yes, it is winter however you will be surprised how warm it is at the beach! Just sit down and take it all in or go for a picnic with a friend.
4. Eat: when all else fails, turn to food! Let yourself have that meal that you have been craving. Forget about slimming, about fitting into the dress and just go for it!
5. Connect with Friends: go for a coffee with a friend you haven't seen in a while- someone who makes you feel good!
6. Connect with Nature: option 1) buy flowers to make yourself feel good or option 2) go for a nice nature walk in the mountains!
7. Dance it off: there are a few things that can really beat having a great night out with the girls!
8. Delegate: As previously discussed, when it comes to weddings, you must delegate tasks to friends, family or a planner! It will make your life SOOO much easier.
9. Laugh: Rent a funny movie that you know won't fail you or go see a comedy show :)
10. Massage: Now I know this one won't fail for sure! Get your partner to give you a massage or find a spa that you really like and spend some time pampering yourself.
